During our consultations with you we’ll have bombarded you with questions. You were probably surprised at the amount of detail we wanted to know, and at our determination to find out exactly what you need from your telephones!
Every business or organisation is unique. Our many years of experience of working with a wide variety of clients (see the list on the right) means that we understand very well that companies and organisations work in different ways, with differing priorities and constraints.
For instance, if you’re a school, your telephone system needs to be programmed to cope with the early morning peak of calls when parents are phoning in to report their children are sick. There’s break-time to think of, school holidays, fire drills, and many, many more scenarios requiring custom call diverting and special recorded messages.
